Government Repo's


Repossessions can be a good deal for you if you don't mind doing some work on the property. Most of these properties have been vacant for up to a year and sometimes longer. This homes are sold by a bidding on them and the highest bid typically wins. Any licensed real estate agent that has been approved by HUD and VA, such as myself, can place a bid for you. These homes are sold as is 


TIP: For sale signs are placed on the property by the folks that maintain them and will remain on the property until they have closed. So if you are driving around and see a for sale sign that does not mean it it available yet or still. Check the status of that property on the following lists or call me to check. Sometimes there will also be a Realtors for sale sign posted at the property.
