Before you jump in and start looking for your new home, I'd like to tell you about some things that you'll want to know before you buy. I want to tell you why it is important to use a professional like me to help you in the purchase of your home.

(1) I know how to work with the builders. There are certain rights that you have and things you should expect when purchasing a home. That cute little sales lady or man at the builders sales office is not going to jump up and tell you what those are either! Why? They work for the builder not you! I will represent you in the transaction and make sure you received everything you paid for.

(2) I know the area! I was born and raised right here in Colorado Springs starting way back in 1953. What if I told you that right now there is one housing development being built over what used to be a Super Fund Clean Up site. Would like to know about that before you moved in?! What about slide areas, underground streams, old dumps? I will guide you away from such areas!

(3) How many new home inspections have you done at the final walk thru? I've done more than I can remember and know what to look for and how to get it taken care of before you close on your home. Saving you a ton of frustration trying to get things fixed after closing that should of be already taken care of! I have a lot more pull than you do in handling such matters. Why? Your going to buy a home once from that builder, but I have the power to either bring in more buyers or NOT.

(4) It does not save or cost you one red dime to have me represent you in the purchase of your new home! So why wouldn't want me there to help and guide you? It could actually end up saving you thousands of dollars and a bunch of frustration in the future.
